Process Component

A Process Component can describe about Business Procedure or Function or Policy. The Process Component is integrates with External Entity into Data Storage through Data Flow Component. Process Component is getting Input Data from External Entity, after evaluate the Information, the Process Component should store the information in the Data Storage Component or the Process Component should send the Output Data to External Entity from Data Storage Component.

An instance, a Sales Employee is getting Sales Order Request from a Customer. The Sales Process Component should validate the Customer and then store the Sales Order Request Information in the Data File is called Input Information Process. After complete the Sales Process the system should generate a Sales Invoice and then send Sales Invoice to the Customer along with Goods is called Output Information Process.

Note: The Process Number is help to identify the Business Process Hierarchy Information. Circle is a Data Process Symbol and it is difficult to define detail Process Name in this Pictogram.
