Integrity Constraints

Integrity Constraints are used to ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the Relational Database. Consistency is one of the Database Transaction Property that maintains Database Integrity Constraints violation status about particular Transaction Process that helps to Commit or Terminate Database Transaction in the Database Management System.

Integrity Constraints can be categories into Domain Integrity Constraints, Key Integrity Constraints and Referential Integrity Constraints. Constraint is implicit data validation technique that can define when create a Table in the Relational Database Management System. Each Constraint has Unique Number that store in the System Metadata Database.
