History of Network

Computer Networking is Scientific and Engineering Discipline Method to communicate between more than one Computer System in the Computer Network Environment to share "Hardware Device", "Business Information", "Electronic Text and Image Transfer", "Distribute Application Process Workload" and "Communication between Organizations".

In 1977, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) formed a committee to invent Data Communication Standard Method that to promote multi vendor interoperability and universal accessibility. This committee invented "Open System Interconnection (OSI) Reference Model".

OSI Model Network Architecture designed with Seven Layers with Common Interfaces and Protocols. A Layer is a collection of inter related functions and procedures to provide data transmission services on the Network Environment. A Protocol is help to enable an entity from one Computer to interact with a corresponding entity at the same layer in to remote Host Computer.
