Internet Layer Protocol
IP
Internet Protocol is helps to routing raw bit data packets (datagram) sequences from source to destination computer along with IP Address on the Internet. IP is maintaining source and destination computer IP Addresses and then routing raw bit data packets sequences on the Internet. Gateway Computer is maintaining Workstation Computer and Web Server Computer IP Address Information. In the LAN Environment, Gateway Computer is an Internal Server that helps to routing data traffic from a workstation computer into external Web Server. In the Home Internet Environment, Gateway Computer is an ISP Server that helps to routing data traffic from workstation computer into external Web Server.
ARP
Address Resolution Protocol is interacting between Web Hosting Server into Workstation Computer via Gateway Computer and maintaining Ethernet MAC Address and IP Address on the Internet. MAC, Media Access Control Address is a unique Network Adapter Hardware Number in the Computer Network Environment.
Ethernet Card is help to communicate "Multipoint Data Communication System" in the Computer Network Environment and help to detect and avoid Network Collision Problem in the Local Area Network. Ethernet Card is easy to install in the Computer Hardware Device and Configure with Server Computer in the Network Environment. Ethernet Card Address is a unique hardware number and helps to identify source and destination hardware information in the Computer Network Environment.
ICMP
Internet Control Message Protocol is helps to maintain Network Communication Error and send the Error Message to Web Hosting Server and Gateway Computer on the Internet. ICMP is implemented with Internet Protocol and ICMP does not carry any data packets (datagram) on the Internet.
An instance, Network Router is hardware device and helps to connect two Local Area Network or Wide Area Network or Internet Service Provider Network in the Computer Network Environment. Network Router is uses ICMP that helps to collect Network Communication Error Information from ICMP and confirm the existence of an IP Address and then transmit data packets among the Source and Designation Computer on the Internet.
IGMP
Internet Group Management Protocol is helps to multicast information from Source Computer into Group of Destination Computers on the Internet. An instance, Network Router is uses IGMP that helps to multicast information from Source Network into Group of Destination Networks on the Internet. IGMP can implement with Mobile Computer Application, Multicast Newsletters Application and High Bandwidth Application like Internet Television Application to Streaming Media Information with Group of People.
